Vista Ridge Filing 14

USPS Bulk Mail Facility

Provided construction management and owner's representation services for the $2.5 million Vista Ridge Commercial West Marketplace development, consisting of 11 commercially zoned pad sites on 18 acres. The commercial development will include dental office, banking, restaurants, and retail.

USPS Bulk Mail Facility

This $5.5 million pavement replacement project included upgrading employee and visitor parking areas, removal and replacement of asphalt paving sections, soil stabilization, removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks and curb and gutter, installation of concrete drainage pans, parking lot restriping, and ADA improvements. Construction phasing reduced activity in the yard, allowing the facility to remain open at all times.

Miner & Co supported the Lighthouse at the Breakers HOA Board in prioritizing and implementing concrete pavement maintenance and repairs for the private roads, alleys, and walkways of this 151 unit single-family residential community in SE Denver.

Wheat Ridge 32nd Ave Widening

Staff of Miner & Co provided the City of Wheat Ridge with construction management and administrative support for this CDOT Local Agency Project to widen 32nd Ave. from Braun Court to Wright Court. Intersection improvements, signal upgrades, street lighting, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and drainage enhancements.

Northglenn 112th Ave Widening

Staff of Miner & Co provided construction management to the City of Northglenn for the 112th Avenue widening project. The project included underground utility improvements, reconstruction of the 112th Ave alignment, intersection and signal improvements, concrete flatwork, drainage channel improvements, and landscaping.

Staff of Miner & Co provided project leadership and construction management for this $19M City of Commerce City local agency project. The project consisted of widening E. 104th Avenue from US Highway 85 to Lima Street, a new bridge over I-76, a new bridge over O’Brian Canal, improvements to the at grade crossing of 104th and the UPRR, and improvements to the O’Brian Canal and Little Burlington Ditch.
