Jason Miner is a Professional Engineer, Certified Professional Constructor, an ICC certified General Contractor, and graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering, Heavy-Highway emphasis.
With a career in engineering, construction management, and general contracting beginning in 2001, Mr. Miner's dynamic entrepreneurial and professional experience has provided him with a broad business perspective and a thorough understanding of the development process and construction lifecycle. Through his diverse background within the AEC industry, Jason has cultivated the technical knowledge necessary to proactively anticipate issues, overcome challenges, and solve problems; and the management skills needed to identify risk and implement appropriate control measures. Jason is an authentic leader and teambuilder who is willing and able to contribute as needed, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
As Principal, Jason takes an active role in the leadership and oversight of all his projects, and spends most of his time meeting with clients or visiting sites. He is accessible to his clients and his staff, and builds the strength of his team by serving as a mentor and providing opportunities for growth.
The son of a self-employed sitework contractor, Jason grew up on the armrest of a bulldozer. Jason moved to Denver after college for work with Kiewit on the I-25 TREX mega-project, a $1.2 billion design-build job, and has been in the Denver area ever since. Jason has always had an entrepreneurial desire, and organized Miner & Company, Ltd. in 2011.
When not at work, Jason enjoys spending time with his two daughters and supporting their activities, volunteering, playing pickleball, getting outside with his dogs, and hiking and mountain biking. Jason was honored to be named the Colorado Ice Soccer League 2016 Girls Developmental Coach of the Year.
